Well done to everyone involved, particularly Mike Banthorpe, the Village Design Statement is nearly complete.

Finally it is on the B.D.C. web site. It can be found via www.braintree.gov.uk - Planning - Planning policy, bottom of page - Village design statements. Map of Village is currently separate. We am waiting to hear if our grant application has been accepted, and if successful we can complete the finishing touches and go to print. Village Design Statement now published and delivered to Rayne householders. Well done Mike, this is an excellent document that will serve the village well.
