the plan ECC should have included in the document

I've made this plan which shows the boundaries of the plan the ECC included in the gravel proposals document (MDD) and how different it had looked if they had aligned it just a little more to the east - do you believe in conspiracy theories?



I have questioned this in one of my submissions but have no idea what response I shall receive.
